Stok ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use, and safeguard information when you use our inventory and billing software and related services.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide when you sign up, use the product, or contact support: account details (email, name), business and product data you enter (customers, invoices, stock levels), and usage information necessary to run and improve the service. We do not sell your data.
How We Use It
We use your information to provide and improve Stok, to sync your data across devices, to respond to support requests, and to send important product or security updates. We may use anonymised or aggregated data for analytics and product improvement.
Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers. We use industry-standard measures to protect it from unauthorised access, loss, or misuse. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest where applicable.
Payment Processing (Razorpay)
Subscription payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). When you subscribe, you are redirected to Razorpay to complete payment. We do not collect or store your card details, UPI IDs, or other full payment credentials on our servers. Razorpay collects and processes payment information in accordance with their privacy policy and applicable regulations. Sharing
We do not share your personal or business data with third parties for their marketing. We may share data with service providers who help us operate the product (e.g. hosting, email, and payment processing via Razorpay for subscriptions), under strict confidentiality and only as needed.
Your Rights
You can access, correct, or delete your data through the product or by contacting us. You can export your data and request account deletion. We will respond to such requests in line with applicable law.
