Agreement
By using Stok ("the Service") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business. Stok is provided by Gallopix.
Use of the Service
You may use Stok for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter and for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not use the Service to violate any law, infringe others' rights, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' data.
Account and Billing
You may sign up for a 30-day free trial. We do not collect payment details during the trial. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service.
Subscription plans and fees are as stated on our website and billing page: ₹199 per month (monthly) or ₹1,990 per year (yearly, with savings). Payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Limited). By subscribing, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions for payment processing where applicable. Your payment and any recurring charges are handled securely by Razorpay; we do not store your card or other full payment credentials.
We may change pricing with reasonable notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account or Razorpay; cancellation will apply as per the plan (e.g. at the end of the current billing period where applicable). Refunds are at our discretion unless required by law. If your subscription is cancelled or payment fails, access to the Service may be restricted until payment is updated or you resubscribe.
Your Data
You retain ownership of the data you put into Stok. By using the Service you grant us the rights necessary to store, process, and sync your data to provide the product and support. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy Policy describes our practices in more detail.
Availability and Support
We strive to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We aim to respond to support requests within 24 to 48 hours where stated. We are not liable for business losses arising from downtime, data issues, or delayed support beyond what is permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stok and Gallopix are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
